If you are a pet owner attempting to login to the PetExec mobile app or owner portal please
refer to the following troubleshooting tips:
- Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
- Use the forgot password option from the login page to request a password reset, this process
will include sending you your username.
- Clearing your cache, turning off autofill, and removing stored passwords may help as
well.
